Purpose Statement

Antitrust and Trade Law Section Purpose Statement.
The Antitrust and Trade Regulation Law Section is concerned primarily with issues relating to unfair and deceptive trade practices and antitrust regulation. The section, with more than 130 members, sponsors CLE programs and services; provides members with a substantive newsletter; and helps mold the association's legislative agenda for presentation to the N.C. General Assembly. The newsletter, Antitrust News, highlights recent cases impacting members' areas of interest.
